Richard A. Arrett is a registered patent attorney and a shareholder in the firm. Mr. Arrett is a 1984 graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a 1987 graduate from Hamline University School of Law. He participated in the Giles S. Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court competition, once advancing to the national level, and has served as an adjunct professor at Hamline coaching Intellectual Property Moot Court. He is an active member of the Computer Law subcommittees of the Minnesota State Bar and Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Associations. He has extensive experience in all phases of patent, trademark, and computer law, including litigation.
